Admissions : Important Dates to Remember
OPEN HOUSE
Sunday, October 23rd - 1:00 to 4:00 pm
All West Catholic facilities and programs will be available to prospective students and their families. The program will include presentations, demonstrations and guided tours.
8th GRADE VISITATION
Thursday, November 17th - 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
Students will spend the day at West getting a sample of what a typical high school day is really like.
ADMISSIONS / SCHOLARSHIP TEST
Saturday, November 19th - 9:00 am
Saturday, December 3rd - 9:00 am
All students requesting admission to the 9th grade must take this admissions scholarship test at the school. In order to take the test, students must have completed an application on file in the Admissions Office by November 18th.
Students must bring two #2 pencils at the time of the test. The test lasts three hours.
REGISTRATION
Conditional registration will be on-going from Open House (October 23rd). Registration will be completed once the Admissions Office has reviewed the admission test scores and the 7th and 8th grade marks. The registration fee is $100 for any individual that is currently attending a Catholic grade school and registers by April 15, 2012. $125 for all other students and anyone that registers after April 15, 2012. The fee is non-refundable, and payable by check, money order or cash.
