Jeanie Heffernan previously lead the People Strategy for the Independence Blue Cross Family of companies. In that role, she helped the organization to build a culture of People with Purpose and ensuring that the company is fully engaging their talent and have the right organizational structure in place to effectively execute their business strategy and meet their goals. Jeanie joined Independence in 2011 with 25 years of experience in multiple business sectors. Jeanie has been active in the Non-Profit arena over the course of her career and has served on the Boards of the Peoples Emergency Center, The Veteran’s Group.

Michael Ahearn ‘84
Institutional Advancement Committee Chair
Senior Vice-President of Operations, OVG 360
Michael Ahearn serves as Senior Vice President Operations at OVG 360, brings over 20 years of operational leadership experience. Michael oversees 180 operating accounts, leads the Consulting Division, and manage eight International and Domestic Operations. Previously, at Comcast-Spectacor and Global Spectrum, Michael managed a 300 person operation staff, negotiated and administered collective bargaining agreements, and was responsible for all area of operation policies and initiatives.

Ivory V.C. Allison '97
National Director of Community Impact for the American Liver Foundation
Ivory Allison is a Philadelphia-based executive with more than 20 years of experience across the nonprofit, arts, and public engagement sectors. She currently serves as National Director of Community Impact for the American Liver Foundation, where she leads national partnership development and the organization’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. During her decade as Executive Director of the Mid-Atlantic region, she created three national programs that expanded awareness, research, and access to care for those affected by liver disease. Prior to joining ALF, Ivory served as Vice President of Programming and Production for Welcome America!, where she led the production of the nation’s largest Independence Day festival and produced major concerts featuring artists such as John Legend, Patti LaBelle, and Lionel Richie. She began her career producing high-profile civic events for the City of Philadelphia and has been widely recognized for her leadership, including multiple selections as one of the Philadelphia Tribune’s Most Influential Philadelphians. Ivory remains deeply engaged in the community through board leadership and volunteer work and currently serves as President of the Board of the acclaimed Philadelphia Dance Company (PHILADANCO!).

Eloise Berry, PhD
Assistant Vice President and Director for Student Life UNITAS
As the founding director, Dr. Berryhas been leading the Office of Belonging and Inclusion since 2016. Dr. Berry earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Villanova as a Presidential Scholar. While at Villanova, she was a member of the women’s basketball team. She earned her master’s degree and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. Dr. Berry completed her pre-doctoral internship and post-doctoral fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School. She has been a practicing psychologist for over 20 years, specializing in the care of adolescents and young adults in multiple settings. She is currently licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Rev. Anthony Bozeman, SSJ ‘77
Father Anthony was ordained a priest of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia in 2000, at age 40. After several pastoral appointments in the Philadelphia area, he answered the call to join the Josephites (formally known as St. Joseph’s Society of the Sacred Heart). The Josephite Fathers are committed to serving the African American community through the proclamation of the Gospel and our personal witness. He is a member of the West Catholic Prep Hall of Fame and a past recipient of the Br. Lumley, FSC award. Father Anthony is currently the pastor of the Church of the Transfiguration in Los Angeles, California.

Brother James Butler, FSC
President, Lasalle College High School
Brother James Butler, FSC is an educator with over forty years of professional experience and currently serves as the President of Lasalle College High School (LSCHS), a Lasallian college preparatory school located in Wyndmoor, PA. Prior to serving as President at LSCHS Brother James served as Principal of Christian Brothers Academy. Though his professional service in education has seen him teaching in the Holy Land and Australia as well as the schools of the former Baltimore and New York provinces of the Christian Brothers, including administrative experience at Hudson Catholic High School and serving as the Auxiliary Visitor and Director of Education for the Baltimore Province from 2003-2007.

Fran Crowley '77
Governance and Nominating Chair
Retired, PARTNER - BLANK ROME
Following his graduation from West Catholic, Fran attended the University of Pennsylvania where he received his degree in Political Science. Upon graduation, Fran attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Fran joined Blank Rome in Philadelphia PA in 1984, and has been there for 34 years.. Fran has previously served as President of the West Catholic Alumni Association and served as a coach for more than 20 years. Fran resides in Drexel Hill PA with his wife Nancy (’78) and has three children who are all alumni of West Catholic – Matt(’10), Terry (’05) and Caitlin (’03).

Tom Davis '05
Finance and Facilities Committee Chair
Vice President - Hamilton Lane
Tom has more than 10 years of experience in corporate finance. He is currently Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Hamilton Lane, a global investment manager focused on private markets. In this role, he helped lead the company’s 2017 IPO and transition to a public company.
Tom is a 2005 graduate of West Catholic and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Tom resides in Chester Springs with his wife Jessica.

Michael Ferry ‘90
Enrollment and Tuition Assistance Committee Chair
Michael is a 1990 graduate that went onto attend University of Pennsylvania. He is married to Alicia Ferry who is also an alum from the class of 1992. Upon graduating from Drexel, Michael began a career at Susquehanna International Group (SIG). At the time of joining SIG they had approximately 200 employees, today SIG employs almost 1,900. Michael also serves on the Board of the Walden School in Media, PA.

Christopher B. Franklin, II '90
Vice President, Development, Brandywine Realty Trust
Chris joined Brandywine Realty Trust in 2004 and currently serves as Senior Director of Construction. With more than 27 years of industry experience, he has overseen a wide range of projects including education, healthcare, commercial office, and mixed-use residential developments. His responsibilities include project oversight, government approvals, stakeholder coordination, and leadership of Brandywine’s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives within development and construction projects. Prior to Brandywine, he worked for LF Driscoll, a Philadelphia-based construction firm. Mr. Franklin holds an MBA in Finance from Drexel University and a BS in Construction Management from Central Connecticut State University.

Andrew M. Howley
Founder, Howley Associates LLC
Andy Howley is the Founder of Howley Associates LLC, a professional services firm focused on corporate restructuring and interim management, which he started in 2007. Prior to 2007, he held a variety of executive management positions at Alix Partners (previously Zolfo Cooper), KPMG Consulting, and a privately held Philadelphia-based industrial holding company.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors at a number of private-equity-controlled operating companies, as well as the Howley Foundation, which focuses on providing educational opportunities for disadvantaged students, primarily in the Philadelphia and Cleveland areas.
Andy is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Newtown Square, PA with his wife Deborah, and has four grown children.

Alix James
Retired, CEO Nielsen-Kellerman
Alix James is an experienced CEO with a strong track record of scaling companies in the electronics manufacturing and e-commerce industries. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Nielsen-Kellerman, where she has led the company’s growth from a small startup to a multi-site, multi-brand global organization. Under her leadership, the company has expanded its portfolio of sports performance, weather, and environmental brands while navigating multiple rounds of private equity investment and strategic acquisitions. Prior to joining Nielsen-Kellerman, Alix practiced civil litigation law in California. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University, where she was a member of the women’s crew team, and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania. Alix remains active in the community through service on several regional boards and through her involvement in competitive rowing and equestrian sports.

Brother Ed Koronkiewicz FSC, '72

Brother Edward Koronkiewicz, FSC is currently a member of the faculty of Lasalle College High School. Prior to joining Lasalle College High School Brother Ed served as the Assistant Dean of Students at La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was the Associate Registrar for Student Enrollment before moving positions since 2000. Prior to La Salle, he spent 12 years as the Assistant Principal of Academic Affairs at West Catholic HS from which he graduated in 1972. Other assignments include 9 years as teacher and Dean of Students at Archbishop Carroll HS in Radnor, PA and teacher at Bishop Walsh HS in Cumberland, MD. He holds degrees from La Salle University and Villanova University.

James Logan

Jim is a graduate of La Salle College High School and has worked in various positions with theChristian Brothers for the past three decades. He currently serves in the Provincial Office as theDirector of the Office for Mission and Ministry. Prior to assuming this position, Jim spent manyyears working in the fields of Child Welfare and Juvenile Justice. He served as the Director of
Saint Francis & Saint Vincent Homes for Children as well as the Director of De La Salle Vocational both of which were programs of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Jim resides in Newtown, Bucks County with his wife Jaime and has two adult daughters, Lily and Kate.

James Logue

Jim is the President & CEO of Therm-Omega-Tech, Inc., a company he purchased from the estate of Frederick L. Pirkle in August 2012. Prior to Therm-Omega-Tech, Jim served as Principal of Innovative Capital Partners, LLC(“ICP”). ICP was an investment banking firm specializing in debt restructuring, family business succession and turnaround management for privately held companies. Jim is a graduate of Villanova University and began his career as a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Kay Kidwell '02

Kay Kidwell serves RiversEdge as Wealth Advisor. She is a Certified Financial Planner with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and families build personalized financial strategies.
Kay specializes in comprehensive financial planning, including retirement, investment, and estate strategies. She has extensive experience supporting single and widowed women. Before joining RiversEdge, she held planning and investment roles at Fidelity Investments and The Haverford Trust Company. Kay earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Cabrini University.
Outside of work, Kay enjoys spending time with her family, coaching basketball, and volunteering with the local youth club.

Tim has been Managing Partner of mPower Software since 2006, providing custom enterprise software solutions to clients in Defense, national aerospace service, insurance and electronic payments industries. Prior to joining mPower Tim was a Senior Business Manager at Temple University School of Medicine. Tim studied Math and Computer Science at LaSalle University and received his MBA from Temple University.

Dr. Robert McNamara '74
PROFESSOR AND CHAIR OF EMERGENCY MEDICINE AT THE LEWIS KATZ SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AT TEMPLE UNIVERSITY
Bob is the Professor and Chair of Emergency Medicine at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. Following his graduation from West Catholic, Bob went on to LaSalle University and then received his MD from Jefferson Medical College (now Jefferson University). Bob served as President of the American Academy of Emergency Medicine and currently coaches the US National Dragonboat team.

Tia Noelle Pratt, PhD '95
Assistant Vice President for Mission Engagement & Strategic Initiatives
Tia Noelle Pratt, PhD is a sociologist of religion specializing in systemic racism in the Catholic Church. For more than twenty years, Dr. Pratt has researched and written about how systemic racism impacts African-American Catholic identity. Dr. Pratt is currently the Assistant Vice President for Mission Engagement & Strategic Initiatives and Courtesy Assistant Professor of Sociology at Villanova University in Villanova, PA. She serves on the Board of Directors at West Catholic Prep and is the founding chair of the Board’s Inclusion & Diversity Committee. She is currently working on a book project with funding from the Louisville Institute and the Society for the Scientific Study of Religion. Her work has been featured in the Interdisciplinary Journal of Research on Religion, Young American Catholics, and American Parishes, Faithfully, National Catholic Reporter, Commonweal, and America.

Dana Russikoff

Dana and her husband, Ron, founded and owned Sureshade, a manufacturing business based in Northeast Philadelphia. Sureshade was recently acquired by Lippert, allowing Dana to focus on her other interests. Dana is involved in numerous causes throughout the area, and is very committed to West Catholic Prep and the work happening here. Dana received a BA from Holy Family University and an MBA from Drexel University.
