Faculty Spotlight Mrs. Morgan

Our faculty spotlight this month is Mrs. Patty Morgan, our Art teacher. Mrs. Morgan went to Tyler School of Art BFA and earned an Art Educations degree. She teaches Art 1,2,3, 4, Honors Art, Interior design, Architecture Design, Ceramics, and Graphic Design. Mrs. Morgan also is the monitor for our art club. When asked who she’s grateful for at West, Mrs. Morgan said “I feel so blessed to be able to share my love for the Arts with all my students. I would also need to take the time to thank all the families that believing in West Catholic and choose West. We also have so many alumni that give back to our school.”

One piece of advice she gives her students is to make the most of their time at school. Something our students would be surprised to know about Mrs. Morgan is that she played flag football in high school and was also on a TV show called Flea Market Flip.

“I am so proud to say I am a West Catholic School teacher. So many generations walked in these hallways, the school has so much history. We are all a family. We are grateful to have her a part of the West Catholic community. She is an amazing teacher and a role model to many here.
