Faculty Spotlight- Ms. Dominique Fuller-Finley

For the past four years, Ms. Dominique Fuller-Finley has been an integral part of the West Catholic Prep family as the Director of Admissions. With a background in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Lincoln University, paired with a Master’s degree in Reading Specialist from St. Joseph's University, Dominique brings a wealth of experience and passion for education to her role.

When asked what she loves most about working at West, Ms. Fuller-Finley shares, “I love meeting potential Burrs and their families. I also love working with our students, they are so talented and amazing to work with.” Her commitment to fostering meaningful relationships with students and their families highlights the sense of community and connection that defines West Catholic Prep.

Ms. Fuller- Finley also takes a moment to express her gratitude for Mr. Brady, saying, “I am truly thankful for Mr. Brady. He loves West Catholic and the community.” His dedication and support undoubtedly contribute to the positive atmosphere that permeates the school.

For students, Ms. Fuller-Finley’s advice is simple yet valuable: “It is important to find a balance with your work and having fun.” Her words reflect the importance of maintaining a well-rounded approach to life and academics, which is essential in both personal and academic growth.

Finally, in her own words, Ms. Fuller-Finley explains why West Catholic Prep stands out: “West is Best because when you enter the building, you are loved and valued.
