Graduating Class Earns Over $43 Million in Scholarships

On a proud and joyful day, West Catholic Preparatory High School celebrated the graduation of the Class of 2025. The ceremony was filled with heartfelt moments, well-earned recognition, and inspiring messages that honored the hard work and resilience of this exceptional group of students.

This year’s graduating class achieved an extraordinary milestone, collectively earning over $43 million in college scholarships. This remarkable accomplishment speaks to the students’ dedication, the support of their families, and the unwavering commitment of West Catholic’s faculty and staff.

Valedictorian Nuhamine Abwork delivered a powerful and reflective speech, sharing personal stories and encouraging her classmates to carry the lessons learned at West Catholic into the next chapter of their lives. She reminded them that true success comes from purpose, perseverance, and lifting others up along the way.

Salutatorian Ava Williams also took the stage, offering heartfelt words of gratitude and reflection. She spoke of the bonds formed, the growth experienced, and the hope she holds for her classmates' bright futures.

Principal Michael Field and President Andrew Brady offered words of congratulations and pride, commending the graduates for their strength, leadership, and community spirit. Together, they reminded the Class of 2025 that they will always have a home at West Catholic, and that their future is full of promise.
