West Catholic Preparatory High School has begun the search for its next President. In partnership with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the Board of Directors has formed a Presidential Search Committee to guide the process with the support of Lambert & Associates, a nationally respected firm with extensive experience in Catholic school leadership searches.

Position Description
West Catholic Preparatory High School seeks a faith-filled and visionary leader to serve as its next President. Located in West Philadelphia, West Catholic Prep is a coeducational, college-preparatory Archdiocesan high school serving approximately 450 students and rooted in the Lasallian tradition of faith, service, and academic excellence.
The President serves as the school’s Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for providing strategic leadership, advancing the mission of Catholic education, and ensuring the continued growth and sustainability of the institution. Working in partnership with the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, the Board of Directors, and school leadership, the President will guide advancement and fundraising efforts, strengthen alumni and community engagement, support enrollment growth, and help steward the long-term vision of the school.
