Catholic Schools Week
Happy Catholic Schools Week! There are several things happening during the day and after school each day of the week.
The Fundraiser for our Twinning School in Kenya- If we collect $800, we can sponsor a student in Karemeno to attend school: tuition, room and board, and a desk and chair.
Monday is a Catholic School Swag Day. Students can add to their uniform by wearing a sweatshirt, sweater, etc. with their West uniform. This is not a dress down day, but an accessorizing event. Seniors or staff may wear gear from Catholic colleges and universities as well.
We will have Mass on Tuesday morning. Community Service projects to do clean-up will be after school on Tuesday.
Wednesday is Black Out Dress Down Day. It is the first day of Black History Month. Students may have a free dress down day.
Seminarians and Vocation directors for the Mercederian Brothers and the Missionary Sisters will visit theology classes on Thursday. Br. Brian will visit classes on Friday.
