West Catholic Begins its 100 year Celebration

On Sunday, October 16th the West Catholic community came together for a Mass to celebrate it’s Centennial year. The Mass took place at Cathedral Basilica of Staints Peter and Paul and Archbishop Chaput was the celebrant.

In the Homily the Archbishop addressed the West Catholic community in attendance and challenged them to continue to pray for Catholic education and continue to be supportive of the school.

Following Mass the attendee’s headed across the street to the Logan hotel for lunch and a short program. The lunch was filled with great food and fellowship, and during our short program Senator Bob Casey addressed the crowd about the importance of Catholic Education and of the schools mission.

Thank you to the entire Mass and Lunch committee for all of their hard work to sell out the event and to all of the attendees for being there with us to celebrate such a joyous occassion!
